    1. Controller and scope

    Samuel Jonathan Schneider is the controller for personal data processed on Moventiva. My address, email address, and telephone number appear above. This policy covers the Moventiva website provided here and its images delivered through cdn.moventiva.com.

    2. Website and images served by Cloudflare

    Cloudflare Workers and static asset storage serve this website. Images are stored in Cloudflare R2 and delivered through its CDN domain. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

    When you request these resources, Cloudflare processes connection data, including your IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status, and browser information. The referring page may also be transmitted. Processing supports delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is keeping Moventiva secure and reliable.

    Technical logs and sampled request traces are enabled for the website Worker. Cloudflare retains Workers logs for three or seven days, depending on the plan, and traces for seven days. Evidence needed to investigate a specific security incident or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims may be retained until that purpose has ended. Cloudflare applies purpose-based retention periods to its other security processing.

    Cloudflare also processes data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes processing and safeguards for international transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.     3. Local storage and cookies

    Your display preference—light, dark, or system—is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key theme. It remains until you change it or clear the site’s browser data. This setting provides your chosen display mode and is not used for advertising or visitor profiling.

    Where storage is necessary to provide the display mode you explicitly request, it relies on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Any associated personal data processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in providing your chosen display mode. You can clear or restrict local storage in your browser settings.

    Moventiva currently sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use technically necessary cookies for security checks. Its cookie documentation explains their functions and lifetimes.

    Pagefind loads a search index from this website and processes your search in your browser. No external search provider is involved. Your search term may appear in the address bar as the q parameter. Opening or sharing that URL makes the term part of the requested address, which may appear in technical access logs. The purposes, legal basis, and retention information in section 2 apply.

    5. Contact by email or telephone

    If you contact me, I process your contact details, message, and communication data needed to handle your inquiry. Email and telecommunications providers receive the data required to transmit the communication.     Contract-related inquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other inquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your message. Providing this information is voluntary. Without a contact address, I may be unable to reply to a written inquiry.

    I delete the data once the inquiry is resolved and no legal retention obligation or specific need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims remains. Messages that form part of business records subject to mandatory retention are kept for the applicable statutory period.

    The form visible on the contact page is currently disabled for submission. It sends no entries to Web3Forms. Please use the direct contact details above.

    6. Analytics and external content

    Umami, Google Analytics, and VG Wort tracking pixels are currently inactive. There is no active comment system, embedded newsletter service, or automatically loaded video, map, or social media embed. Fonts are served with the website; your browser does not contact Google Fonts to load them.

    External links, such as manufacturer documents or maps, connect to their destination only when you open the link. The destination provider’s privacy information applies to processing there.

    7. Your rights

    Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

    • Access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR.
    • Correct inaccurate data under Article 16 GDPR.
    • Request erasure under Article 17 GDPR and restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR.
    • Receive data portability under Article 20 GDPR where its conditions apply.
    • Withdraw consent for future processing under Article 7(3) GDPR. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

    You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Please use the contact details above.

    You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, particularly where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. The authority responsible for my business location is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.

    Moventiva does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

    8. Updates

    I update this policy when the services or processing change.
